Privacy policy

This policy covers the Tekelgames website and every game we publish.
Who we are
Tekelgames is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at [email protected]
The short version
- We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to play.
- Your progress is stored against an account created automatically for your device, so we can give it back to you if something goes wrong.
- Our games show advertising, which uses your device's advertising identifier. You can reset or switch off that identifier at any time.
- This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from anyone else.
- You can ask us to delete everything, and we will.
This website
tekelgames.com is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds nothing from a third party, and asks for nothing. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the request needed to send you a page, including your IP address, as part of delivering and protecting the site.
Our games
Game progress and your account
When you first open one of our games, an account is created for you automatically and linked to your device. We do not ask you to register, and we do not receive your Google account details. Against that account we store your progress: levels reached, items unlocked, scores, in-game currency and settings.
This is handled by Microsoft Azure PlayFab, a game backend service acting as a processor on our behalf. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a game that remembers where you were, and in restoring your progress when you ask us to.
How the game is used
We record events about how a game is played: when a session starts, when a level begins and ends, when an advert is shown or rewarded, and when a purchase screen is opened or a purchase completed. These events carry the game account identifier, the device model, the operating system version and the app version. They tell us which parts of a game are too hard, where people stop, and whether a change made things better or worse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the games we publish.
Advertising
Our games are free and are supported partly by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. To serve, cap and measure adverts, Google processes your device's advertising identifier, an approximate location derived from your IP address, device information, and your interactions with the advert. Google acts as an independent controller for this, under its own privacy policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before any personalised advertising is shown, and you can change that choice at any time from the game's settings. Where consent is refused or withdrawn, adverts are still shown, but they are not personalised. Everywhere else you can limit this at the operating system level, by resetting or deleting your advertising identifier in your Android settings.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment, and we never see your card details, billing address or full name. We receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded, along with the identifier of the item and a purchase token, so that we can give you what you bought and restore it later. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you.
When you write to us
If you email support, we hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to help you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again about the same thing. We do not add you to any mailing list.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share it with anyone beyond the services described above.
- We do not build advertising profiles ourselves, and we do not combine game data with data from anywhere else.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
How long we keep things
Game account and progress data is kept while you have the game installed, and for two years after the account was last active, after which it is deleted. Analytics events are kept for two years. Support email is kept for two years. A deletion request is acted on sooner, as described below.
Where your data goes
The services we use operate servers outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where data is transferred, it is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it (see delete your data);
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what came before.
Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, say so in the game.
