Delete your data
Last updated
You can have your game account and everything attached to it deleted. Here is how to ask, and what happens when you do.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request, and tell us:
- which game you played;
- your player ID, which the game shows under Settings, then About, if you can still open it;
- if you cannot, your device model and roughly when you last played, so we can find the account.
We may ask one follow-up question to be certain we are deleting the right account. We will not ask you for anything we do not need.
What gets deleted
- Your game account and the identifier attached to it.
- All progress stored against it: levels, unlocks, scores, in-game currency and settings.
- The gameplay events recorded against that account.
- Your support correspondence, if you ask us to include it.
What we have to keep
- Records of purchases, where tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. Google Play is the seller, and what reaches us is a transaction record with no payment details in it.
- Data held by Google for advertising, which is not ours to delete. You can manage that in your Android settings under Privacy, then Ads, or through Google My Ad Center.
How long it takes
We confirm the request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. When it is done we tell you, at the address you wrote from.
Uninstalling is not the same thing
Removing the game deletes what was stored on your device, but not the account held on our side. If you want that gone too, send the request above.
This page sits alongside our privacy policy, which explains what is collected in the first place.
